Who can apply?

Any Aalto University’s master’s level student can apply for a study right to the minor.

Are there any quotas or intake restrictions?

There are no intake restrictions or quotas in place. However, if there is an unexpectedly high demand the yearly intake may be limited and will be announced here on the minor web pages.

When can one apply?

The student can apply to the minor throughout the year.

What is required in the application?

The application must include:

1. A motivation letter (max one A4) which details why the student wants to include Aalto Service Minor in his or her master’s degree, in PDF format.
2. An approved study plan that includes the courses the student wants to include in the minor and their planned schedule, in PDF format. The study plan must be approved in the students own school/ study programme. Study plan done in WebOodi is preferred, if your school does not use then a signed and scanned plan is required.
   • The schedule should take into account the possible prerequisites for the courses students wants to include in the minor.

Both the motivation letter and study plan must include the student’s full name, student number, contact information, and the sending date.
