What?

Aalto Service Minor (ASM) is a new, multidisciplinary master’s level minor program open for Aalto students. It gives students general knowledge of how to manage, operate, design, and develop services and service business successfully. The students acquire a service-oriented mindset and experience of working in an interdisciplinary manner with students from different disciplines.

Why?

The economy has shifted to services. Near all industries, businesses, and public organisations have been changed by servitisation. Services are designed, developed, managed and operated in teams that bridge expertise from many disciplines.

ASM gives Aalto students the opportunity to support the deep expertise they gain from their major with a general knowledge on services.

After all, their future career will be in services.
